Highfive Partners with IT Retail Giants Ingram Micro and Best Buy

From the launch of Join by Browser to new faces around the office to fresh funding and most recently the announcement of our new Premium meeting room plan, it’s been a busy 12 months for our team. And we’re still at it with another big-time update for our awesome (and growing) roster of customers.

Earlier this year, we announced a distribution partnership with (and key investment from) global technology integrator Dimension Data. Today, we’re proud to announce our continued commitment to the channel through additional partnerships with IT distribution powerhouse Ingram Micro, as well as electronics retail giant Best Buy for Business. Coupled with the launch of our official channel partner program, the new deal makes it easier than ever for business leaders to outfit their company with a culture-defining collaboration platform.

Ingram Micro is one of the biggest names in IT, hosting more than 155 distribution centers serving more than 200,000 resellers across the globe. This major deal with Ingram Micro makes every Highfive product and plan available for their network of resellers—such as Best Buy for Business. Highfive is a perfect fit for Best Buy, the largest reseller of televisions, who can now offer one of the fastest growing video conferencing platforms on the market to couple with its elite TV lineup and round out their meeting room tech offering.

Needless to say, Best Buy and other Ingram Micro resellers are thrilled to add a modern, award-winning conferencing provider to their portfolio—and provide enterprise customers with a forward-thinking, versatile, and cost-friendly solution to improve collaboration across their organizations (no matter the size).

To bolster those efforts, we’re excited to announce the launch of our official channel partner program. This tightly coordinated effort will empower resale partners with everything needed to provide customers full service from purchase to installation to maintenance. This means even more flexibility for partners (and customers) to see the third-party sales process through to the end, and ensure that every business has the support needed to build the connected culture required to tackle the unique challenges of today’s business landscape.
